Beneath it lies years of conditioning, subconscious beliefs, and past experiences that have shaped how you see yourself. Maybe you learned to be “humble,” to not take up space, or to always put others first. Maybe you were told you had to prove your worth, instead of believing you already have it.

Heck, maybe you even believe that if you don’t think you’re not good enough or question your decisions, how will you ever improve yourself!

What happens if nothing changes?

You may wonder why you should care about always being harsh on yourself or why the voice in your head even matters when a lot in your life is going well…
