1. You’ll get an email with a Zoom meeting link to join the call. 

2. On the call, we’ll take 20-30 minutes to discuss what you’re going through, how it’s affecting you and what you’d like to be experiencing instead.

3. I’ll give you an overview of the program and how it can help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. 

4. We’ll discuss pricing, session frequency, program length, and anything else you want to know more about

 

Then you get to decide what do next. If you feel like we’re a good fit and you’re ready to get started, we’ll schedule the first session.
